Want to motivate or challenge your employees, team mates or students? Kinsale OEC can provide all the challenge and team building skills you need!
Our Team Challenge can cater for groups of all sizes and is based in The Centre and other suitable areas in Kinsale. In conjunction with you we can set specific goals and challenges designed to bring out specific outcomes or achievements and also to keep the Challenge fresh and exciting.
At the end of the day we have a short discussion and analyse the outcome and groups achievements.

We have designed a fun TEAM BUILDING PROGRAMME with a unique mix of physical and mental challenges to suit all skill levels. The programme is run over 2 days (10.00am - 5.00pm).
The social dimension is also carefullycatered for with an outdoor barbeque and beers at the conclusion of Day 1, we round off Day 2 with a visit to some of Kinsale's livier nigh spots......

We will also be happy to tailor a 1-Day Programme that will incorporate a range of activities including canoeing, archery and abseiling in addition to some exhilarating and (sometimes) incredibly frustrating skill exercises!

We can structure any type of action-packed Programme that consistantly provides A DAY OUT WITH A DIFFERENCE!
