Activities - Rock Climbing __________________________ Whether you are a school group, work colleagues, or simply a group of friends, join us for an exhilarating day out at the historic Old Head of Kinsale. Our instructors will demonstrate techniques you will need to "top out" and set up the climbs that best suit your groups ability. All safety equipment and instructor supervision is included.

Climbing Courses

If you have caught the climbing bug after a fun day out with us or if you have climbed before and want to learn more, book one of our Rock Climbing Courses. Our instructors will teach you rope handling skills, belaying and how to tie all the necessary knots. More advanced courses are available on request.
